Assistance with Daily Living

Support with everyday activities such as personal routines, meal preparation, household tasks, prompting, and daily structure to promote independence and wellbeing.

Community Access & Engagement

One-to-one support to assist participants to safely access the community, attend appointments, participate in social activities, and maintain meaningful connections.

Capacity Building & Skill Development

Practical support aimed at building confidence, routines, and life skills through hands-on guidance, education, and encouragement aligned with individual goals.

Qualifications & Professional Commitment

Uncle Moe, the founder and operator of Uncle Moe Cares, has completed extensive professional training and ongoing development in disability and community services, including:

  • Diploma of Community Services
  • Diploma of Counselling
  • A broad range of additional courses and certifications relevant to disability support, risk management, and participant wellbeing


In practice, Uncle Moe has also worked collaboratively with hospitalised participants and multidisciplinary Allied Health Teams, supporting coordinated, ethical, and positive outcomes during periods of increased vulnerability.
